Armon TERRA — Vendor Terms of Use v2.1

By proceeding, you acknowledge and accept the following:

1. You are authorized to manage vendor-owned tote inventory at this facility.
2. All scanning events (Scan In, Use, Keep, Check Out) are logged with your identity and timestamp.
3. You are responsible for the accuracy of inventory state transitions.
4. Surgery dates entered must reflect the actual scheduled surgery date.
5. Offline scanning events are subject to server validation upon sync.
6. You will comply with the hospital's SLA requirements for tote replenishment.
7. Recall flags are system-driven and cannot be manually modified.
