How Offline Mode Works

Your offline access is valid for 4 hours (non-configurable). Events are queued locally and synced when you reconnect.

  • Events must occur within the 4-hour window
  • After expiration, scanning is blocked until online refresh
  • Compliance SLA uses server sync time, not device time
  • Events are de-duplicated by eventId on sync
